• DESCRIPTION: On the ground floor, entrance, large living room with kitchen area, lounge area with 2 sofas + 1 leather club chair, large dining table. 1st Floor: large bedroom (160 * 200 bed), Shower room (PVC shower cubicle), separate WC. At the back (separated from the bedroom by a sliding door), another room used as a bedroom for baby or extra office, Bathroom (bath) / WC. 2nd floor attic: twin bedroom (2 beds 90 * 190), double bedroom (bed 160 * 200), shower room (small PVC shower cabin, more convenient for children than adults), separate WC. This house has no outdoor spaces, but very nice sea views from the front and all the quay and sand at low tide in front of the house, with the possibility of using garden chairs provided in the house.  
• DECO: Spacious and functional house. Completely renovated by its former owners in an easy-going spirit with simple and current materials. Current decor (antique furniture and new Scandinavian spirit). Particularly suitable for families and small groups of friends.  
• PARKING: free public on the platform  
• 2019 prefectural ranking: 4 *  
• WEEKLY RENTAL on SATURDAY / SATURDAY (biweekly in July-August with exceptions)  
• CHECK-IN: 5 p.m. (late arrival possible) | CHECK-OUT: 10 a.m.  
• Very exceptionally and only at the last minute, it can happen that "La Mer est belle" is rented for short stays. In this case, the dates are open on the online booking engine  
• ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGES:charges, linen, wifi, end of stay cleaning excluding tourist tax of € 1.70 / night / adult  
• Non-smoking, pets not accepted
